Cancellations
We endeavor to be as flexible as possible and will happily cancel or change appointments with more than 24hrs notice. If the appointment is less than 24hrs away we may require you to pay a cancellation fee and any deposits for the booking will be considered forfeit.
Late Arrivals
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Hello Belle Nails & Beauty and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
Work Satisfaction

We have a fantastic team at of highly experienced technicians, they will work with you through out the service to ensure you are happy with the whole experience. If you are not happy with the quality of work, it is the clients responsibility to let us know before leaving the salon, leaving the salon without informing us of any issues will be considered acceptance of the service you received.
Any issues or questions raised will be actioned at the discretion of Hello Belle management team, with the management team having sole discretion on whether action is required and what action is best suited.
Chips, Scratches & Damage
Hello Belle can not be held responsible for damage caused to your nails after you leave the salon, any damage due to external factors such as chemicals, temperature or wear tear will need to be repaired at the clients expense.
If the issue is due to technician or product fault, Hello Belle will repair the nails if notified within 24hrs of the initial service and if it is repaired within 5 days. This is at the sole discretion of the Hello Belle management team.
Redress
Hello Belle will not provide refunds but will redress and repair according to the policies above
